ANTI-BLOCKING MASTERBATCH AB1006
Masterbatch AB1006 was obtained from thorough processing of LDPE and super fine natural silicon oxide. It is suitable for LDPE and LLDPE films, especially ultra thin films. It does not affect the transparency of the film while addressing the blocking problem, and also has no influence on sealing and printing performance as it adopts natural silicon oxide as its anti-blocking agent.
Method of Usage:
AB1006 is designed for ease of dispersion and is therefore suitable for direct addition and mixing with plastic resins in mixer. Generally it does not need pre-drying.
Range of Application:
AB1006 is designed for use only in LDPE、HDPE、LLDPE and PP. The recommended addition rate is 1%-2%.
